Identity

An Identity is a person — independent of which company they work at. Where a Contact is a person at a specific company, an Identity spans all their roles.

If someone moves from Company A to Company B, they have two Contacts but one Identity. Relationship data (LinkedIn connection, interaction history, mutual connections) lives on the Identity.
